For new construction, renovation, and decorative finishing of exposed concrete! Completely matte finish that preserves the natural appearance of concrete. We are currently seeking cooperative contractors.

The "Portuguard AF System" is a protective method that can maintain the texture of concrete (aesthetic quality) for an extended period. It uses a water-based fluororesin clear coat for the top layer, which excels in low pollution and weather resistance. The coating has oil-repellent and hydrophilic properties that reduce the adhesion of contaminants, making it easier for them to wash away with rainwater. Two types of topcoat materials are available: "completely matte" and "3/10 gloss." 【Features】 ■ Suitable for substrates such as exposed concrete, PC boards, and extruded cement boards. ■ Allows for pattern color adjustments and localized coloring that blends seamlessly with the exposed finish. ■ Color clear finishes can be customized to match the building's purpose and design. ■ The materials used are registered as F☆☆☆☆. ★ We are currently seeking cooperative construction contractors (individuals are welcome).
